Position Overview

As Senior CRM Project Manager for Personalized Promotions & Wallet reporting to the CRM Group Director, you will drive Veepee's promotional strategy across all six European markets and business scopes.

Your Mandates

1. Maximise the ROI of promotional marketing budget across all voucher and incentive mechanics at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

2. Lead the CRM workstream for the Wallet & Promotional Products project, transforming the “Mes Promos” space into a personalized, gamified promotional wallet.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and allocation of the voucher marketing budget across acquisition, activation, engagement, and reactivation.
• Define well‑framed and scoped problems, linked to concrete business OKRs, and translate them into functional features.
• Lead execution in collaboration with tech, data and operational teams.
• Choose the right promotional mechanics for each moment: welcome offers, cashback, brand‑funded vouchers, targeted incentives, win‑back promos.
• Build and maintain a promotional performance framework: track ROI by mechanic, market, lifecycle stage, and funding source.
• Identify optimisation levers and challenge status quo to achieve more targeted, personalised and cost‑efficient strategies.
• Work closely with the CRM Data Steward using voucher performance tracking tools and an A/B test dashboard; design and run structured tests.
• Act as CRM lead on the Wallet & Promo Products project, translating strategy and member insights into product requirements.
• Define and champion the gamification vision: mechanics, member journey, engagement loops.
• Contribute actively to the product roadmap and validate UX directions.
• Coordinate with CRM Engagement & Conversion and CRM Traffic & Recruitment to align promotional mechanics in lifecycle journeys and traffic plans.
• Monitor and drive the scaling strategy of product‑specific promotions across markets.
• Serve as single point of contact for promotional topics within CRM and external stakeholders.
• Participate in CRM leadership discussions and contribute to the collective roadmap.
• Document all strategies, decisions, test results, and roadmap contributions.

Required Skills

• 7–8 years of experience in CRM, promotional marketing, loyalty or incentive strategy, ideally in e‑commerce or retail.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising a significant promotional or incentive budget with demonstrated ROI impact.
• Strong analytical profile; comfortable with performance data, A/B testing frameworks, KPI‑driven decision making.
• Experience at the intersection of marketing and product, translating business needs into product requirements and engaging with PM and Tech teams.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills; can influence and align without hierarchical authority.
• Structured thinker with strong project management discipline, prioritising and delivering on time.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing loyalty or gamification mechanics.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or equivalent.
• Experience in a B2B2C or marketplace environment.
• Knowledge of brand co‑funding / trade marketing mechanics.
