Il nostro cliente è una storica realtà italiana, parte di un gruppo imprenditoriale attivo nei settori accessori, articoli regalo e prodotti per il retail specializzato e la GDO. Per il potenziamento della propria struttura acquisti ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/a Senior Buyer.
Riportando direttamente alla Direzione Commerciale, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire in autonomia il panel fornitori internazionale, composto prevalentemente da produttori cinesi, seguendo l’intero processo di acquisto: dalla negoziazione economica allo sviluppo prodotto, fino al monitoraggio di tempi e standard qualitativi.
Collaborerà inoltre con l’Ufficio Stile nello sviluppo delle collezioni, coordinerà le attività dell’ufficio qualità in Cina e parteciperà periodicamente a visite presso fornitori e fiere di settore.
Siamo interessati a entrare in contatto con professionisti che abbiano maturato una significativa esperienza in ruoli di Buying all’interno di aziende che sviluppano e commercializzano prodotti attraverso una rete di fornitori esteri.
Costituiscono requisiti fondamentali l’esperienza nella gestione di fornitori asiatici, una consolidata capacità negoziale e la disponibilità a effettuare trasferte in Cina alcune volte l’anno. Saranno particolarmente apprezzate provenienze dai settori accessori moda, cosmetica, oggettistica, stationery, gadget e articoli regalo.
Completano il profilo autonomia, pragmatismo e una naturale predisposizione alla costruzione di relazioni di lungo periodo con fornitori e partner internazionali.
