Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day

• Conduct and support Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D) for both internal production issues and customer complaints
• Review and develop quality documents (Control Plan, PPAP documents, MSA)
• Manage calibration and traceability of production measurement instruments
• Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators
• Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborate with Operations and R&D to develop, implement and monitor corrective actions and improvements
• Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with internal procedures, IATF standard and customer specific requirements
• Manage internal and external (suppliers) nonconformities
• Manage internal Quality Concern Report
• Internal Process Audit

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in quality department (QA, QC, SQE, …) will be considered as a plus
• 2+ years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive is a plus)
• Familiarity with total quality concepts, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949 procedures
• Experience on preparing and collaborating on Quality control plans, pFMEA, PPAP documents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on detecting and preventing quality issues

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience working with automotive OEMs is a plus
