Job Description

For our Headquarters in Parma, we are now looking for talented students / new graduates to join our Transportation Planning team.
As a key player in the team, you will be provided with a real-world experience and you will have the opportunity to build expertise and be exposed to several competences.

Job Purpose

During the internship, you will:

• Support the implementation of a structured process to manage operational issues, with the goal of improving efficiency and collaboration.
• Contribute to the rollout of a ticketing workflow, involving carriers and customers in delivery and delay management.
• Support the carrier onboarding and collaboration among different stakeholders within the tracking process.
  

Main activities

• Contribute to the management of tickets and operational issues together with internal teams and transport providers.
• Monitor transport performance and support analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Support automation and optimization of execution processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of operational documentation and dashboards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree students or recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or Economics fields with a strong focus on Supply Chain topics.
• Excellent academic background
• Fluent English and Italian (mandatory)
• Study or work experience abroad (nice to have)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in team
