Overview Experteer OverviewIn questa posizione, sarai responsabile della gestione operativa di un importante sito cliente nel settore FM. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il cliente e coordinerai il team per garantire un servizio efficiente, sicuro e conforme agli standard contrattuali. Rileverai KPI e SLA, pianificherai interventi di manutenzione e migliorerai le performance del sito. L’opportunità offre sfide tecnico-organizzative in un contesto dinamico e tecnologico, con prospettive di crescita professionale. Responsibilities Coordina il team di lavoro e interfacciarsi con il Cliente per la gestione del sito Programmazione operativa, coordinamento e controllo delle ditte subappaltatrici e degli addetti alle manutenzioni Monitora e supervisiona attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria Gestisce risorse e pianifica attività manutentive e turni di lavoro Verifica rispetto di contratti, KPI, SLA e normative di ambiente e sicurezza Compila e sottoscrive permessi delle lavorazioni in sito Monitora contabilità e preventivazione extra-canone Analizza criticità del sito e propone azioni di miglioramento Monitora sistema di ticketing del Cliente Qualifications Formazione tecnica, laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Gestione del Costruito, Edile o similare) Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi nel facility management Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza, impianti termici, elettrici, antincendio e servizi soft Buona conoscenza gestione immobiliare, manutenzione e monitoraggio delle prestazioni Buona conoscenza di Pacchetto Office, Autocad, Archibus, Project, Visio Buona conoscenza lingua inglese (minimo B1) Disponibilità a presenza full time sul sito e turni nei giorni festivi Doti di leadership, teamwork, gestione dello stress e iniziativa Ambiente di lavoro dinamico, sfidante e tecnologico Formazione professionale Lavorare per un’azienda leader di settore #J-18808-Ljbffr
