ph3Activities /h3pThe Product Owner (PO) works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. Along all the team members, is responsible for development of the squad purpose. The squad cooperates with the product Tribes to develop the frictionless. Knows the customers process accordance with local legislation and regulations. PO is in charge to set priorities, manage internal and external stakeholders, solve impediments, help squad members in their day-to-day activities. In addition, PO is accountable for manage and deliver internal reports, optimize performance, and support the bank strategy. Position requires excellent lead and communication skills, problem solving, and data driven approach, an orientation to detail and process, ability to work and maintain composure under tight deadlines. This position also demands ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams and cross-teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWork with various stakeholders to understand business value, market context and customer problems. /liliDocument requirements for upcoming product/process releases assuring those needs are met and communicate progress/status clearly. /liliBuild, prioritize, monitor, and maintain the squad backlog, prioritizing stories for each sprint; /liliSpeed up decision making for the squad by ensuring features/user stories start with the right data and analysis; /liliApply agile knowledge to identify, elevate, and remove squad impediments. /liliWork closely with the team, to create new and improved features for process owned by the squad /liliDefine and track product and process metrics/KPIs on entire e2e value chain /liliTake care of the asset allocated on the squad in terms of IT Risk and IT Security /liliApplication development according to ING Bank standards. /liliFollow and support Business in gathering technical requirements. /liliWrite high quality functional and technical documentation. /liliDesign, write and perform Unit Tests and Functional Tests. /liliWork with Release team for code versioning management. /liliFollow and support team defect and bug identification and resolution during test phase. /liliIdentify and resolve production issue. /li /ulh3Required skills /h3ulli5+ years work experience in Product Management/Project Management within complex IT projects /liliExcellent data analysis skills /liliStrong knowledge of Italian and English /liliStrong verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors) /liliAbility to work with internal and external stakeholders to define and handle product/process requirements backlog /liliKnowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in Lean-Agile development. /liliCreative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content /liliStrong risk awareness /liliResult oriented /liliExcellence in execution /liliHave excellnce knowledge in bug-fixing and code optimization; /liliMust be an excellent team player in a different culture; /liliMust display ability to learn in a short time and work a highly stimulating environment; /liliGood English knowledge (written and spoken) /liliAbility to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams, and bridging the gap between both /liliExcellent communication skills, pro-active and easy to approach attitude /li /ulh3Contract offer /h3ulliWorking conditions: Permanent employment contract /liliWorking hours: Full time (37 hours per week) /liliApplicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA) /liliLocation: Milan /liliAnnual base salary starting from : 57.000€ /liliVariable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance) /li /ulh3Our compensation approach /h3pOur compensation approach is built on objective, gender-neutral criteria aligned with the role's core requirements.
