Was Dich erwartet:
- Mitarbeit im IT-Helpdesk/Support und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter
- Störungsannahme und Fehleranalyse sowie Problemlösung und Störungsbeseitigung im Hard- und Softwarebereich bzw. der TK-Anlage
- Bereitstellung neuer Arbeitsplätze
- Weiterleitung komplexerer Anfragen (Intern oder an externe Dienstleister) und Unterstützung bei der Problemlösung
- Erstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege der Mitarbeiteraccounts und –rechte
- Unterstützung beim Betrieb der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur und Systeme
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
- Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik
- Kenntnisse der Windows Arbeitsplatzbetriebssysteme sowie Office
- Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich und Office 365 sind von Vorteil
- Proaktive, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch – Englisch – Italienisch von Vorteil
