Learn more at /ppWe are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager, Neuroscience to help shape and execute the medical strategy for our Neuroscience portfolio in Italy, including autoimmune neurological diseases, neurodegenerative disorders and other areas of significant unmet medical need. This role reports to the Therapeutic Area Medical Lead and represents a unique opportunity to contribute to scientific innovation, evidence generation and patient-centered healthcare solutions. /ph3Your Impact /h3pAs a strategic scientific leader, you will: /pulliDevelop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for assigned products and disease areas, ensuring alignment with local and regional priorities. /liliBuild trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, scientific societies and patient organizations. /liliTranslate external insights, emerging evidence and unmet medical needs into actions that strengthen medical strategy and improve patient outcomes. /liliDrive evidence-generation initiatives, including clinical research, real-world evidence programs and investigator-sponsored studies. /liliLead scientific communication, medical education and publication activities, ensuring the highest standards of scientific integrity and compliance. /liliPartner effectively across functions and geographies to support current and future launches within the Neuroscience portfolio. /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3ulliMedical degree or other advanced scientific degree. /liliRelevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or the pharmaceutical industry (5+ years). /liliPrevious experience in Neuroscience, particularly in autoimmune neurological diseases or related therapeutic areas, would be a strong advantage. /liliExperience supporting products at different stages of their lifecycle, including launch preparation, would be valuable. /liliStrong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation and scientific engagement. /liliStrategic mindset combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliAbility to influence and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix organization. /liliFluency in English and a strong commitment to ethical leadership and patient centricity. /li /ulh3Why Join Us /h3pAt Johnson Johnson, you will work alongside some of the brightest minds in healthcare, helping bring innovative therapies to patients while contributing to a culture driven by science, collaboration and Our Credo.
