Awash with nautical spirit, our gem on the Italian Riviera celebrates the art of Ligurian living in its purest form. /p pWe are looking for a bCommis de Bar /b to join our DaV Mare Restaurant team. /p pThe ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. /p pHe/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. /p h3Main duties responsibilities: /h3 ul liFulfil the operations of the Bar, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures; /li liSupport the Bartender with service; /li liTake care of the mise en place: /li liClean and set-up works' spaces and equipments; /li liMonitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. /li liAct to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests' needs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEffective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally); /li liEmotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations; /li liAdaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. /li liTry and adopt new ways of doing things; /li liCollaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback; /li liFluent in Italian and basic level of English; /li liTourism or Hospitality degree preferred; /li liPrevious professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships; /li liPassion for service and ambition to grow professionally. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
