We are looking for motivated, results-driven professionals to join us as Inbound Sales Agents and help customers find the best solutions while working in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound sales calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Offer personalized solutions to meet customer needs and drive conversions
- Provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
- Guide potential customers through the purchasing process, ensuring satisfaction
- Work closely with the team to optimize sales strategies
- Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or inbound sales (outbound experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets
- EU citizenship or valid work visa for Portugal
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
- 5000 signing bonus
