PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PLANNER

Eutek Studio Associato è alla ricerca di un collaboratore da inserire nel proprio organico per la propria attività di assistenza tecnica presso cantieri di edilizia civile con particolare riferimento al settore della PROGRAMMAZIONE E PIANIFICAZIONE DEI LAVORI.
La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno dello staff e si occuperà di:
- Pianificazione commesse (edilizia civile/infrastrutture) in fase di gara e/o di progettazione;
- Comprensione elaborati di progetto;
- Creazione baseline di progetto in fase di esecuzione;
- Preparazione documenti di pianificazione e controllo in conformità ai requisiti di progetto (Milestones Plan, Project Summary Schedules, 90-day Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Detailed Schedule)
- Allocazione risorse, analisi di produttività;
- RI-pianificazione e redazione action plan/mitigation plan;
- Redazione reporting mensile di avanzamento, visualizzazione tramite dashboard, creazione S-Curve;
- Sopralluoghi e riunioni periodiche in cantiere (prevalentemente Milano);
- Laurea in ingegneria civile, edile o architettura;
- Esperienza in General Contractor, EPC Contractor o studi/società di ingegneria;
- Buona conoscenza di Oracle Primavera P6 e MS Project;
- Ottima conoscenza di MS excel, MS power point;
- Forte motivazione ad inserirsi in contesto dinamico.
- La posizione è rivolta a possessori di partita IVA;
