Sostenibilità e affidabilità sono il cuore dei nostri progetti, realizzati con Passione, Qualità e Competenza! /p pPer i nostri Teams di Roma e Pisa, siamo alla ricerca di un/una bAI Process Engineer/System Engineer Esperto, /b che abbia maturato una consolidata esperienza e competenze, in contesti industriali, nell’utilizzo dell'IA agentica e generativa per l'ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali, nell'analisi e nello sviluppo dei progetti e nella relativa attività gestionale e organizzativa. /p ul liLaurea Magistrale in materia scientifiche (Informatica, Matematica, ecc.); /li liSolida competenza ingegneristica (system engineering, progettazione) con competenze di intelligenza artificiale; /li liCompetenze sull'automazione ed il miglioramento continuo dei flussi di lavoro; /li liComprovata esperienza specifica di almeno tre anni nel ruolo; /li liGradite competenze su tecnologie AI, GEN AI, MLOPS. /li liPrecisione /li liOttime capacità di analisi /li liRispetto delle tempistiche /li liGestione dello stress /li liCapacità di ascolto e di negoziazione /li liIntraprendenza, curiosità ed intuito /li liBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese /li liUn ambiente di blavoro giovane, dinamico e stimolante /b /li libRetribuzione /beb livello /b commisurati ball’esperienza /b /li libWelfare contrattuale e ulteriore Welfare integrativo aziendale /b /li libSmart working /b (fino a tre giorni a settimana dove possibile, in base alle esigenze del progetto) /li libBuoni pasto /b da € 8 per ogni giorno lavorato, sia in bsede che in smart working /b /li liPercorsi di bformazione continua /b e bpiani di crescita professionale e personale /b /li libCertificazione Parità di Genere UNI/PdR125:2022: /b riconoscimento concreto del nostro impegno a favore dell’inclusione. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
