ppWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong functional and technical expertise across the platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ITSM and related modules, proven experience with integrations and portal development, and the ability to optimize instance performance. This role requires strong adaptability, excellent documentation practices, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic enterprise environments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration mechanisms. /li liDevelop and maintain Service Portal Employee Center experiences, including widgets, themes, and UI customizations. /li liEnsure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, platform governance, and upgrade-safe practices. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide technical guidance. /li liTroubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis. /li /ul h3Required Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul li5 years of professional experience working on the ServiceNow platform. /li liStrong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security model, and development lifecycle. /li liExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technical demands. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, structured documentation. /li /ul h3Certifications /h3 ul liServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required /li liServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM – Required /li liAdditional ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred: ul liApplication Developer /li liIntegrationHub /li liService Portal /li liCMDB /li liPerformance Analytics /li liITOM /li liHRSD /li liCSM /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
