Overview

As AI Platform Engineer, you will help build and evolve TeamSystem's AI platform by developing core services, enabling scalable AI-powered products, and driving platform improvements. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and business units to deliver reusable capabilities and guide architectural direction. Responsabilità

• Develop core services of the AI Platform, including LLM gateways, MCP infrastructure, and AI agent lifecycle management
• Design and build platform capabilities to help product teams deploy and operate AI-powered applications at scale
• Evolve the platform based on user feedback, telemetry, and stakeholder collaboration
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Units to enable next-generation AI products
• Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the platform's future direction

Requisiti fondamentali

• 4–5+ years in platform, cloud, backend engineering, or similar roles
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, containers, and Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with Python backend development (FastAPI)
• Interest in AI technologies and building scalable AI platforms
• Understanding of software architecture and scalable system design
• Proficiency in English (B2)
