What you’ll be doing

As an iOS Developer in the Consumer Growth team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of digital payments. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how new users discover, join, and engage with Satispay. You will have the unique opportunity to take ownership of high‑impact features while growing your skills and learning directly from senior team members. You will work towards scaling our community and catalyzing the journey from discovery to active service adoption, collaborating deeply with backend engineers, product owners, and UX designers.

Here’s what your day‑to‑day will look like:

• Create impactful mobile experiences: Develop and implement innovative native iOS applications to enhance user engagement, with a specific focus on fluid onboarding flows and features that catalyze user activation.

• Collaborate within a team: Work closely with a product manager, UX designers, and backend engineers to integrate and refine features, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive mobile solutions.

• Focus on users: Leverage technical skills to address user pain points, enhancing the overall mobile experience with intuitive design and functionality. Collaborate with data analysts to create A/B tests that maximize user experience and drive growth.

• Drive continuous improvement: Play a key role in the iterative development process, enhancing existing apps and creating new user‑centric features (like referral programs or campaigns) to keep our offerings cutting‑edge.

• Ensure excellence: Maintain high standards for coding, performance, and security, contributing to the reliability of our iOS applications and ensuring robust client‑side authentication.

Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Our iOS tech stack is built heavily on Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI, utilizing the iOS SDK. We value clean architecture, heavily leveraging MVVM, app modularization, Dependency Injection, and Reactive Programming (RxSwift/ReactiveSwift). You'll take ownership of your code from local development to App Store deployment.

Who we’re looking for

We need a problem‑solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant educational background: You have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• iOS development experience: You have at least 2 years of experience building and shipping high‑quality native iOS applications. You have a strong grasp of our core tech stack (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, MVVM, Reactive Programming). Personal projects published in the App Store are a strong plus.

• Eagerness to grow: You are looking for an environment where you can take on meaningful responsibility while absorbing knowledge from senior engineers and contributing to the team's shared goals.

• Structured communication: You are able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting your communication style based on the context to build trust positively and professionally with various stakeholders.

• Passion and adaptability: You are passionate about FinTech or startup environments, willing to embrace new challenges, and ready to adapt as we grow.

• Language proficiency: You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication in a diverse environment.
