Operations Lead & Office Manager - Italy

Hiscox SA is expanding its presence in Italy and seeks a Coordination Lead/Office Manager to oversee the Italian branch’s day-to-day operations, supporting the Managing Director and wider team. The role is hands-on, requiring strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will manage regulatory and intermediary processes, vendor relations, and internal documentation while coordinating with local and international stakeholders.
