Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the full Spanish customer portfolio from handover to renewal, with a clear goal: keep every customer (retention first) and grow each account through proactive upsell and uplift.

• Run a proactive, commercial CS motion. You do not wait for customers to call. You call them, spot the opportunity in every conversation, and bring it home.

• Be the single point of contact for Spanish customers, from onboarding and product expertise to support requests, gathering feedback and feeding it back to Product and Marketing.

• Adapt the Italian playbook to Spain , importing what works and localizing it for the Spanish market.

• Own your numbers : build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on the health and growth of your portfolio.

What You’ll Bring

• 1 to 3 years in Customer Success or account management , ideally at a SaaS, tech, or software company. Exposure to legal or professional-services customers is a plus.

• A commercial mindset. You see every customer touch as a chance to add value and expand the account. Direct sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.

• CRM fluency. Experience working a portfolio in a CRM; HubSpot is a plus.

• Comfort building in a fast-moving market and staying hands-on, including operational support, while the market scales.

• Languages: native-level Spanish and fluent English are required. Italian is a plus.

• Annual Salary Range: €35,000 - 45,000 OTE
