Overview
In questa posizione supporti l'installazione, la manutenzione e la validazione di sistemi ottici ad alta tecnologia, garantendo la soddisfazione del cliente presso strutture in Italia. Lavori a stretto contatto con il cliente, offrendo formazione e assistenza tecnica sia in loco sia da remoto, e partecipi a training interni e presso la Casa Madre. Collabori con vendite e marketing durante congressi e eventi, contribuendo allo sviluppo di contratti di manutenzione. L'azienda offre una realtà internazionale e opportunità di supporto su base EMEA, con una modalità di lavoro ibrida e clear focus su qualità e servizio al cliente.

Responsabilità
- Installazione, manutenzione, riparazione e validazione di sistemi complessi ad alta tecnologia (elettronica, vuoto, meccanica e informatica)
- Formazione tecnica al personale cliente presso la sede del Cliente
- Supporto tecnico field e remoto sulla strumentazione di laboratorio installata
- Partecipazione a training sull'attrezzatura sia in Italia sia presso la Casa Madre
- Supporto a attività di vendita e marketing in congressi e workshop; favorire contratti di manutenzione
- Assistenza tecnica in altri paesi EMEA in caso di picchi o mancanza di FSE locale
Requisiti fondamentali
- Inglese ottimo (scritto e parlato)
- Esperienza in ambito elettronico (3/4 anni, preferibilmente in microscopia ottica)
- Area di competenza: territorio italiano; domicilio in Lombardia
- Padronanza di Windows e Office
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e gestione autonoma delle attività
- Buone capacità di ascolto attivo e gestione del cliente a 360° in contesti complessi
- Orientamento al problem solving e sensibilità alle dinamiche relazionali
- Disponibilità a trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale e occasionalmente all'estero
- Disponibilità a trasferte principalmente nel Nord Italia e, occasionalmente, all'estero
