Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. /ph3About The Role /h3pWe are looking for a motivated and curious bDigital Identity Cyber Security Intern /b to join our Global Cyber Security team. /ppThis internship is a blearning-focused experience /b: the intern will be guided step by step and gradually gain hands‑on exposure to the field of bIdentity and Access Management (IAM) /b, while supporting global initiatives focused on: /pulliIdentity Governance Administration (IGA) /liliPrivileged Access Management (PAM) /liliConditional Access Zero Trust /liliIdentity Lifecycle Management /liliMicrosoft Entra ID Security /liliDigital Identity Governance /li /ulpThe intern will work side by side with the bGlobal IT Cyber Security Identity Access Management Lead /b contributing to strategic projects that enhance the security, governance, and automation of digital identities across a multinational environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport identity governance, access review campaigns, and improve identity data quality. /liliHelp manage the identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) and keep process documentation up to date. /liliSupport Privileged Access Management: onboarding accounts, maintaining inventories, and credential rotation. /liliHelp review Conditional Access policies, MFA/passwordless, and identity security events. /liliSupport projects through meetings, reports, KPIs, and process improvement. /li /ulh3Who We're Looking For /h3ulliCurrently studying (or recently graduated) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. /liliA genuine interest in Cyber Security and Identity Access Management, and a strong willingness to learn. /liliBasic understanding of IT and security concepts (e.g. users, passwords, permissions); familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory is a nice‑to‑have, not a requirement. /liliAnalytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, curious attitude. /liliGood communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working in an international environment. /liliGood written and spoken English; Italian is a plus. /li /ulh3What The Intern Will Learn /h3ulliIdentity Access Management: IGA, RBAC, access reviews, and identity lifecycle. /liliPrivileged Access Management: account governance, password vaulting, session monitoring, and just‑in‑time access. /liliMicrosoft identity technologies: Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection. /liliCyber security governance: Zero Trust, least privilege, risk management, and compliance. /liliProject management: cross‑functional projects, stakeholder management, and reporting. /li /ulh3Why Join Us? /h3pThis internship offers the opportunity to work on real‑world Cyber Security initiatives within a global organization, gaining exposure to industry‑leading technologies such as bSailPoint Identity Security Cloud, BeyondTrust PAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and ServiceNow /b. /ppThe intern will be mentored by experienced Identity Access Management professionals and will develop both technical and business skills while contributing to the organization's Digital Identity transformation journey. /ph3Selection Process Overview /h3pAt Campari Group, we are committed to offering our candidates a clear and transparent selection journey.
