As Global NPP Manager, you drive early pipeline assessment and inorganic growth initiatives for the AIR Franchise. You analyze market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and revenue potential to shape investment stories and commercial strategies. You work with cross-functional teams to translate research into actionable insights and informed development decisions. This role offers a unique chance to influence pipeline direction in a mission-driven, sustainability-focused biopharma environment. You will connect strategy, analytics, and market access considerations to accelerate patient impact.

Responsabilità
- Update and challenge Project Cards to inform early pipeline decisions
- Assess opportunities across market size, differentiation, and competitive dynamics
- Develop clear investment stories and commercial business cases
- Conduct primary and secondary market research and data analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (BD, GMA, GVA, R&D, Regulatory, CMC, IP, Finance)
- Translate insights into actionable commercial recommendations for early development and due diligence
- Manage vendors and internal teams for market research and data analytics resources
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4+ years in Life Sciences commercial/business roles
- Core proficiency in Excel-based forecast modeling
- Understanding of drug development and market dynamics
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities under uncertainty
- Proven critical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication for global teams
- Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple work streams
