We are looking for someone who knows how to read it — and challenge it! /strong /ppWe are looking for an strongHR Cost Controller /strong to join our international team. /ppbr / /ppReporting to the Group Compensation Benefit Manager, strongyou will work across countries, Finance and HR teams to understand /strong strongwhat is really behind labor cost movements /strong — building cost bridges, challenging assumptions, analyzing variances and turning complex data into a clear business story. /ppbr / /ppstrongScope of the Role /strong /ppbr / /ppThe HR Cost Controller owns the Group labor cost controlling process, ensuring accurate monitoring of personnel expenses worldwide and suggests corrective actions. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Activities /strong /ppbr / /pulliMonitors and analyzes global headcount and cost evolution /liliValidates new HC requests from countries /liliAnalyzes labor cost forecasts, budgets, and periodic reforecasts in collaboration with Finance and local HR teams. /liliAnalyzes deviations between actual labor costs and budget, FCST, YTD, month on month, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions together with the Regional HR Director /lilistrongLeads monthly calls with the countries to review and deep-dive into labor cost bridges, challenging key assumptions, explaining main variances and ensuring a clear understanding of the drivers behind cost movements. /strong /lilistrongConsolidates and prepares labor cost bridges and supporting analyses, translating country-level data into clear and actionable insights for Group management. /strong /liliMonitors HR costs KPIs as Direct employees per volumes, labour cost on net sales, direct vs SGA etc /liliProduces regular executive report to explain gaps for each monthly BRM /liliAnalyzes MBO accruals and releases. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSkills/Experience Required /strong /ppbr / /pullistrong5–7 years of professional experience /strong in HR Controlling, Financial Controlling, Management Control, FPA or a related function, preferably in a strongmultinational and/or industrial environment /strong. /liliSolid experience in strongpersonnel cost controlling /strong, including headcount monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting. /liliStrong analytical skills and ability to strongidentify cost drivers, investigate variances and provide clear, actionable insights /strong to management. /liliGood understanding of stronglabor cost components /strong, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, employer contributions and organizational changes. /liliExperience working in a strongmatrix and international environment /strong, with strong collaboration skills across HR, Finance and local entities. /liliAdvanced strongMicrosoft Excel /strong skills; br / experience with strongPower BI and/or SAP /strong is considered a plus. /liliStrong attention to detail, organizational skills and a strongproactive, hands-on approach /strong. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial and HR data clearly to different levels of management. /lilistrongFluent English /strong, both written and spoken. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongEducation /strong /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongEmployment Terms Compensation /strong /pullistrongCCNL /strong: Gomma-Plastica /lilistrongPermanent employment contract /strong /lilistrongLevel: A /strong /lilistrongGross Annual Salary (RAL): €50,000–€55,000 /strong, to be determined based on professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and overall suitability for the role. /lilistrongWork location: /strong Guala Closures Headquarters, Via Giulio Richard 3/A, 20143 Milan, Italy. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemGuala Closures /em /strongem is proud to be an /emstrongemequal opportunity employer /em /strongem.
