As part of the Expert Pharmacy Team, this role supports the execution of the digital strategy by ensuring the effective implementation of content, engagement tools, and educational initiatives, contributing to the growth of the professional pharmacy community and the achievement of business objectives. The role also provides operational support to the Expert VMS Pharmacy area, collaborating on the implementation of initiatives dedicated to pharmacy professionals. Reporting to the Expert Pharmacy Manager, this position works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Commercial Excellence, Medical, Regulatory and external agencies. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Multichannel Engagement /h3ulliSupport the development and implementation of the Expert Pharmacy digital strategy. /liliCoordinate and execute multichannel engagement activities to increase participation and interaction among pharmacists. /liliSupport the evolution of the Haleon HealthPartner platform and educational initiatives aimed at pharmacy professionals. /liliManage the implementation of webinars, e-learning programs, and other digital initiatives, ensuring an effective engagement plan throughout the year. /liliCoordinate operational activities related to the distribution of materials and samples requested through the portal. /li /ulh3Project Management /h3ulliManage digital and multichannel projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against timelines and quality standards. /liliCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of planned activities. /liliCoordinate agencies and vendors involved in the development of digital projects and activation programs. /li /ulh3Data Performance Management /h3ulliMonitor KPIs and performance metrics related to digital and multichannel activities. /liliPrepare regular reports and analyze data to identify insights and optimization opportunities. /liliSupport CRM management activities, contributing to improved customer understanding and engagement effectiveness. /liliEnsure data accuracy and quality across Pharmacy-related activities and platforms. /li /ulh3Support to Expert VMS Pharmacy /h3ulliProvide operational support in the implementation of Expert VMS initiatives within the Pharmacy channel. /liliCollaborate in the management and coordination of digital and educational initiatives dedicated to the VMS area. /liliSupport the creation, deployment, and distribution of content and materials for pharmacy professionals. /li /ulh3Qualifications Skills /h3ulliUniversity degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. /liliPrevious experience in marketing, digital marketing, multichannel engagement, or project management roles. /liliStrong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex activities. /liliAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams. /liliExperience in KPI monitoring, CRM management, and performance data analysis. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Behavioral Competencies /h3ulliProactive mindset with a strong focus on identifying new opportunities. /liliResults-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent analytical capabilities. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. /liliStrong collaboration and teamwork skills. /liliFlexibility and ability to operate in dynamic and complex environments. /liliHigh level of accuracy, reliability, and ownership. /li /ulpEUR 41.664,00 - EUR 57.288,00 /ppThe salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
