This individual operates with a customer service mindset while partnering with multiple levels of the organization. They have a demonstrated ability to effortlessly adapt to change and display grace and confidence under pressure. You will support 2-4 executives and will report to the CIO. /p ul liEnsure leader's time is aligned with their priorities through demonstrated understanding of the core business and by leveraging strategic prioritization strategies. This includes maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations. /li liDraft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure efficient communication within the department and with internal business partners. /li liManage and organize files, records, and documents including processing and tracking expenses and invoices, which may include handling confidential information, displaying professional discretion and trust with leadership. /li liSupport department meetings, events and special projects as needed, including order catering and supplies, compiling presentations, creating learning links and surveys. /li liSupport space planning for new hires or department moves. /li liUtilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI). /li /ul h3What you bring: /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience required /li liHigh school diploma required /li liStrong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal /li liYou must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas. /li /ul pJobpostingrange $41,000 - $61,000. Notethe job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role.
