An unserem Standort in Wertheim produzieren wir mit rund 160 Mitarbeitern Glasampullen für die Pharma- und Beautyindustrie und sind auf diesem Gebiet als internationales Kompetenzzentrum bekannt. Durch unsere langjährige Erfahrung in der hochpräzisen Fertigung von Primärverpackungen verfügen wir über ein einzigartiges Know-how, welches größtenteils werkseigener Prozessentwicklung und Konstruktion entstammt.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Du unterstützt das People & Organization Team im gesamten Aufgabenspektrum des Personalmanagements
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Durchführung von Projekten mit
- Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben, wie die Pflege von monatlichen Reportings
- Du unterstützt die Personalentwicklung bei aktuellen Projekten sowie in allgemeinen, planerischen, organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten
Qualifikationen
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts o.ä. mit Schwerpunkt Personal begonnen und willst im nächsten Semester Dein Pflichtpraktikum (Mindestdauer 18-22 Wochen) absolvieren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Power Point) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zudem bist Du sehr teamfähig, verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und arbeitest gerne strukturiert und selbstständig
