Senior Sensory and Consumer Research Manager

ph3Responsibilities: /h3olliClient Management:ulliKey Account Manager (KAM) for 1 or a few clients /liliClient relationship management for more complex or key accounts /li /ul /liliProject Management:ulliAutonomous management, implementation and coordination of complex research projects /liliTaking client briefs and writing study proposals /liliPropose appropriate methodologies and research approaches /liliPrepare estimates for ad hoc studies /liliNegotiate contracts, or specifications, technically, methodologically and financially /liliEnsure that projects meet objectives and are delivered on-time and within budget /liliEnsure that the project work meets agreed quality standards /liliReport writing with storytelling /liliPresentation of results, including relevant recommendations /li /ul /liliStrategy:ulliEnsuring that ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company's strategic guidelines /li /ul /liliRevenue:ulliEnsure targets for the accounts are met /liliShare feedback with managers on client needs and potential revenue risks /li /ul /liliPeople:ulliPossibility to manage a Research Executive(s) or Panel Leader(s) but not necessary /liliClose collaboration with the Data Solutions Hub /liliWork closely with other members of our sensory and research team and the field team /liliInvolved in training and mentoring /li /ul /li /olpHigher education with knowledge in market research and/or sensory research /ppMinimum 5 years' experience in sensory and consumer research to be able to manage projects independently. /ppKnowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics. /ppExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian /ppProficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc /ppRigorous, responsive and proactive /ppStrong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
