English Teacher - Native Speaker, Bilingual or C1 Level

Who we are looking for We are looking for an English Teacher to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students of different ages and language levels, delivering courses at Oxford School’s location in Seregno (MB) and at external locations, including companies and schools. The role requires availability to travel locally and being able to drive. Main responsibilities Deliver individual and group English courses for teenagers and adults. Teach English courses for companies, both individual and group sessions. Conduct group courses in schools. Plan and prepare lessons according to students’ learning objectives. Monitor students’ progress and adapt teaching methods to different learning needs. Collaborate with the academic coordination team and other teachers to ensure high-quality teaching standards. Contribute to creating a positive, engaging and motivating learning environment. Requirements Native English speaker or certified English proficiency at least at C1 level according to the CEFR. Fully bilingual Italian/English candidates will also be positively considered. Teaching qualification in English language education (CELTA, DELTA, TEFL or equivalent certification). Previous experience teaching English to children, teenagers and adults. Availability to teach at different locations. Driving licence and own car. Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Personal qualities Passion for teaching and languages. Flexibility and ability to adapt teaching approaches to different educational contexts. Reliability, accuracy and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Salary and benefits Permanent employment contract (annual working hours: 1,196 hours). Classification: Level 5 – Area II. Supplementary healthcare coverage through Fasi Open. Salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills (indicative gross annual salary: €21,000 – €25,000).
