Our HR Business Partner team specifically provides guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR related topics, such as compensation, performance management and employee relations. Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, continuously evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world. /ph3Placement and duration /h3pThe Human Resources Internship begins from December/January for an initial period of six months but could be extended depending on your performance and business need. /ph3Training programme /h3pYou will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals in the HR Business Partner team on a variety of daily tasks and/or projects. /ph3Role and Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsuring compliance with local employment laws, social security and tax regulations /liliCoordinating administrative tasks related to the function (absence tracking, overtime, vacation, HR systems update, immigration) /liliHelping recruiting efforts and hiring processes locally /liliManaging current benefits administration and ensure coordination the London based team /liliProviding assistance to internal payroll function, in order to ensure timely and accurate monthly process /liliProviding local assistance and smooth management of the global HR processes such as performance evaluation and compensation / promotion, fostering a two ways communication with local and London BU management and London HR coverage colleagues /liliManaging onboarding and exit process for joiners and leavers /liliAdvising local employees on HR management topics /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliYou have graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, or a related degree with a Human Resources component, with at least a 2:1 honours degree or equivalent /liliYou have excellent analytical and strong interpersonal and communication skills /liliYou are a team player with strong attention to detail /liliYou manage multiple responsibilities and projects, enjoy problem-solving and have strong IT capabilities /liliYou have a desire to work within the financial services industry /liliYou have written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian /liliYou have the ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word /li /ulh3Application Process and Deadline /h3pTo be successful to join the programme you will: Submit an online application with CV and cover letter Complete the full recruitment process which includes online testing and interviews /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
