Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. /ph3General Description Of The Role /h3pThe Corporate Communications Lead - Maternity Cover role sits within the Global Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability department, based in Campari Group HQ offices in Milan. The Corporate Communications Lead – Maternity Cover will play a key role in driving Campari Group's corporate communications agenda, coordinating external communications activities, reputational initiatives and strategic corporate projects in close collaboration with senior stakeholders. /ppThe role will be involved in developing engaging and effective communications activities aimed at strengthening Campari Group's corporate positioning, supporting business priorities and safeguarding the company's reputation across key stakeholder audiences. As part of the maternity cover assignment, the role will also coordinate a number of strategic corporate communications projects, including the ongoing revamping and subsequent go-live of the new Campari Group corporate website. /ppThis is a senior individual contributor role, requiring strong project ownership, sound communications judgement and the ability to coordinate stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. /ph3Key Responsibilities And Activities /h3ulliOversee daily media coverage and media monitoring activities. /liliCoordinate key corporate communications moments, including quarterly financial results, MA operations and other corporate announcements, ensuring message consistency and stakeholder alignment. /liliContribute to crisis and issues communications, including message development, stakeholder alignment and timely response coordination. /liliManage PR and media opportunities involving senior global spokespeople (including the CEO and top management), coordinating global and local corporate media requests, to strengthen Campari Group’s reputation and strategic positioning. /liliDevelop and fine-tune top management corporate messages, including copywriting, messaging and tone of voice. /liliManage corporate communications initiatives and projects, among which The Spiritheque and other corporate storytelling platforms. /liliLead the communications workstream for the revamp and go-live of the new Campari Group corporate website, including content development, editorial coordination, stakeholder alignment and launch readiness. /liliManage corporate social media activities, contributing to content planning, copywriting and coordination to strengthen Campari Group’s corporate positioning across relevant channels. /liliDevelop high-quality corporate communications materials and key assets, including messaging documents, QAs, press materials, briefing notes and executive communications. /liliProvide consultancy and active support for corporate media activities and events, including corporate sponsorships, institutional events and global brand campaign moments. /liliManage the external communications budget. /liliTrack and report key communications metrics to measure success and reputation, including media coverage sentiment/quality, social media performance, website engagement. /liliScout and coordinate third-party suppliers and comms agencies. /liliCoordinate and manage media trainings and simulations for selected internal stakeholders. /li /ulh3Key Stakeholder Relationships /h3pInternal: Strong collaboration with Top Management / Executive Team, Investor Relations, Brand Houses, Legal and MA, Group Functions and Local Markets. /ppExternal: Media, agencies/suppliers, marketing agencies and universities. /ph3Experience Education /h3ulliAround 8–10 years years of experience in corporate communications, ideally gained through a combination of PR agency and in-house corporate communications role. /liliItalian and English full working proficiency.
