HR Generalist - Italy

You will work closely with local managers, and with our international HR and Payroll teams. A varied, hands‑on role with real ownership – from finding the right people to making sure they are paid /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 h3Talent Acquisition /h3 ul liPartner with hiring managers in Italy to define needs, agree a realistic hiring plan and advise on profiles, channels and process; /li liManage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions in Italy (with a strong focus on sales and business development roles), ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience; /li liBuild a local talent pipeline through direct sourcing, referrals and partner networks; keep the ATS up to date and track key KPIs (time-to-hire, sourcing mix); /li liManage the offer process with hiring managers and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding; /li /ul h3Payroll /h3 ul liPrepare, validate and consolidate monthly payroll inputs for Italy; coordinate processing with our external payroll provider (Deel), check outputs and resolve discrepancies; /li liEnsure compliance with Italian tax, social security, labour law and collective agreement (CCNL) requirements, including statutory filing deadlines; /li liAct as payroll contact for Finance and Accounting; provide data for month-end close, accruals and audits; /li /ul h3Employment Benefits Administration /h3 ul liPrepare employment contracts, amendments, job changes and terminations in line with Italian labour law; keep employee records and absence tracking accurate in our HR system (BambooHR); /li liAdminister employee benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, allowances) and ensure deductions are correctly reflected in payroll; /li liBe the first point of contact for employees in Italy on payroll, documentation and benefits questions; /li liKeep processes documented and propose improvements to how we recruit, pay and administer people in Italy. /li /ul h3This role is perfect for you if you have: /h3 ul liHands-on experience running full recruitment processes, ideally for sales profiles, with several searches open at the same time; /li liSolid experience preparing Italian payroll inputs and working with an external payroll provider; /li liGood knowledge of Italian labour law, CCNL and employment documentation; /li liGood knowledge of the Italian labour market and sourcing techniques; /li liExcellent Italian and a fluent command of professional English; /li liComfortable with ATS, HR and payroll systems and MS Excel, with attention to data quality, confidentiality and GDPR; /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an advisory approach; /li liProactive, organised and solution-oriented, with a strong bias for action. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with Deel or BambooHR; /li liExperience in an international, multi-country company; /li liImmediate or short-term availability. /li /ul h3Why you should join myPOS: /h3 ul liAutonomy and freedom to act: you will own recruitment, payroll and HR administration for Italy, with plenty of scope to shape how things are done. /li liA stimulating and dynamic work environment: we value creativity, initiative and innovation within a young, close-knit team. /li liAmbitious projects: you will actively contribute to the company's growth and commercial development. /li liVibrant international team operating in hi-tech environment /li liAnnual salary reviews, promotions and performance bonuses /li limyPOS Academy for upskilling and training /li liUnlimited access to courses on LinkedIn Learning /li liAnnual individual training and development budget /li liRefer a friend bonus as we know that working with friends is fun /li liTeambuilding, social activities and networks on a multi-national level /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liExcellent compensation package /li li26 days annual paid leave /li liHealth Insurance /li liMeal Vouchers /li liReimbursement of transportation expenses for the metro/train /li /ul h3Who we are: /h3 pSince 2014 we’ve been all about making payments easier and more accessible for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
