Within CRIF IT department, the resource will be in charge of international and national projects related to the delivery of a complex software application for the banking and finance industry.

Software Developer Junior

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot, with a focus on microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to define and implement scalable and high‑performance software solutions, including the design of RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, applying DevOps methodologies to automate application deployment and management.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud solutions (preferably AWS or Azure).
• Implement and manage solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), using Hibernate or other ORMs for database interactions.
• Use Jira for project management and bug tracking.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up to date on the latest technologies and software development best practices.

Technical Skills and Requirements:

• Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics.
• At least 2 years of experiences in software engineering and developing.
• Strong knowledge of Java Framework and Java Spring Boot or similar (Quarkus, Databricks…);
• Knowledge of orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Openshift, Helm, Apache Kafka…) and container technologies (ie. Docker).
• Experience in the use of relational Databases (Oracle, MS SQLServer) and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Extensive experience with microservices architectures.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and Devops practises.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages are required;

Type of contract : Permanent Contract.

The Annual Salary for this position starts from €30.000 gross per year.

The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.

The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role requirements.
