High End Trainee

Responsibilities

• High Jewellery Business Analysis/Reporting/Tools: Provide business analysis, presentations, reporting, budget support, manage sales force and analysis tools for HE clients. Monitor HE sales daily on SAP and update the HJ Tableau.
• High‑End Events: Support client participation in international, regional, and local High Jewellery events, including preparation, execution of individual treatment plans, and on‑site support.
• Merchandising: Manage daily HE needs/requests from boutiques, watch specialists, and regional/international merchandising teams, including checking piece availability, transfers, shipment monitoring, stock balancing, and quality checks.
• High‑End Community: Animate the prestige community with product information and event updates, participate in training programs, develop a monthly newsletter, support client analysis, and manage client treatment actions.
• Commercial Support (High End Sales): Follow up on invoicing with Sales Associates, manage after‑sales service, resizing, packaging, and support post‑event sales follow‑up.
• Consignment: Manage monthly stock confirmation for each boutique.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Sensitivity for luxury and jewellery.
• Proficient in Italian & English; French is a plus.
• Event management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving skills – identify and resolve issues related to stock availability, shipments, and client requests.
• Teamwork – collaborative mindset to work effectively with the High Jewellery team, boutiques, and other departments.
• Attention to detail – meticulousness for invoicing, stock confirmation, and quality checks.
• Proficient in MS Office.
