PRADA Order Management Intern

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Order Management Intern to join our team.

Based in our Milan office, the candidate selected will support the Prada Galleria Clientelling & Event team in the management of our service providers contributing to the reliability and quality of information across business processes. ensuring accurate and efficient entry of data into company systems and databases.

This role requires strong attention to detail, precision and organization skills along with a collaborative mindset to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, process, and monitor invoices for payment, ensuring that all related information is accurately updated and properly maintained
• Enter and maintain data with precision across different software programs and company systems
• Identify, review, and correct data entry discrepancies by applying appropriate quality-control checks
• Organize, update, and archive records and files to ensure information is easily accessible and consistently structured
• Prepare reports and ad hoc documentation to support team activities and business needs
• Support the monitoring of the cost budget.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor or Master's Degree

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent computer skills, especially in the use of Excel

Excellent ability to read and analyse documentation

Confidentiality, accuracy and organisational skills
