The job objective is to maximize business opportunities and develop homogenous relations with customers enabling and expanding all Alfa Laval sales and product portfolio. The end-customer targets are Small Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil Gas, Power, Steel Chemical, Inorganic and Chemical. The Internal Sales Engineer must cooperate with the manager and reference team to find the most efficient way to serve the different customers. /p h3Key Task: /h3 h3The main Sales Support tasks are: /h3 ul liTechnical process selection preparation, sizing validation, size proposal, metallurgy check etc. according to experience. /li liMentor and support colleagues to size correctly the heat exchanger in 1 and 2 phases duty in industrial process application. /li liRelation with the Project Office in the main factory Fontanill, Lund and Never. /li liHandling and maintaining general information to agents and support for external process training and events. /li /ul h3The main Sales tasks are: /h3 ul liTo develop the market through promotion and conversion to Alfa Laval heat exchanger technology directly. /li liTo be aware of present and future opportunities for customers. Promote technological conversions in process heat exchangers. /li liActing proper sales follow-up on assigned customers. /li liKeep track and follow up on proper sales cases. /li liTo keep customers' project status/opportunities and company profile updated in the CRM (=OneCrm) following corporate rules. /li liTo coordinate efforts among employees inside Alfa Laval to reach target sales and customer satisfaction.
