Placement within the indicated salary range will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s experience, seniority level, responsibilities, soft skills, technical and specialized competencies, and any other role-relevant factors evaluated during the selection process. For candidates whose skills and experience significantly exceed the position requirements, a salary offer above the upper limit of the stated range may be considered, subject to internal approval. /em /p
