Product Manager

You will be working cross-functionally to ensure our product meets customer needs and align with the company’s strategic goals. This role gives you the chance to be at the hub of future products and services as you will be working with the RD teams as well as the sales Marketing teams to ensure a great new product launch as well as maintain the success we have in the market with our existing portfolio. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liConduct research with the market and customers to define latest trends and needs then transfer this into the product vision and strategy /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales. /li liDevelop and prioritise product roadmaps that align with business objectives. /li liCreate and maintain product documentation, such as specifications and user stories. /li liDevelop a detailed product remit that includes technical specifications, target pricing, and forecast sales, ensuring support literature is ready for launch date. /li liProduce project and launch plans, coordinating with the Marketing Sales Teams to ensure successful execution. /li liAnalyse product performance metrics and customer feedback for continuous improvement. /li liUnderstand market drivers, unique selling points (USPs), positioning, and differentiation as well as maintaining a market bench mark document. /li liMonitor market, competitor, and industry trends to implement actions that leverage market opportunities. /li liEstimate demand forecasts for goods by analysing trends and seasonality patterns, updating ERP (QAD) accordingly. /li liParticipate in meetings to facilitate business decisions on inventory and manufacturing. /li liMonitor and maintain optimised inventory levels of stock. /li /ul pbAbout You : /b /p ul liAt least 5 years proven experience in product management or a similar chiller focused role in the HVAC industry. /li liStrong understanding of HVAC go-to-market strategies and full product lifecycle management. /li liFamiliarity with sales enablement and marketing strategies. /li liYou will be one of the technical experts on your product. /li liProactive and inquisitive nature, coupled with excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams. /li liIdeally a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline but not essential /li liProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English. /li liWe're open to candidates based anywhere within the EU but would need to live or be prepared to relocate to Northeast Italy (no relocation costs will be offered). /li liThe role would entail some travel with the need to visit the markets in Europe as well as our own offices, and you should also consider at least one trip per year to China. /li liWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position. /li /ul pbWhat We Offer /b /p pEmployment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time /p pMinimum Gross Annual Salary : € 50.000 /p pThe Company may offer a compensation package that differs from the amount indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process, such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role.
