You will ensure the HR technology landscape is coherent, secure, and scalable, enabling consistent employee experience while supporting decentralized business needs. This role operates within the Enterprise Architecture function, translating enterprise guardrails into practical domain-level guidance for HR platforms and solutions. This role reports to the Senior Domain Architect for Functional Domains. /p pThe work model for the role is: Li#_hybrid /p pYou will be mainly accountable for /p ul liHR Domain Architecture Target State, including HR capability mapping /li liHR Architecture Principles and Guardrails /li liHR Integration Data Architecture and Data Distribution Patterns /li liSolution Architecture Reviews and Assessments /li liHR Domain Roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and HR Technology Roadmap /li liUp to date architecture documentation in EA tools (e.g. Ardoq) /li liServing as the end-to-end architect for the Workday landscape, ensuring the total solution is coherent, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with strategy /li liContinuously reviewing the collective Workday footprint to identify overlap, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or better utilization of native Workday capabilities before custom solutions are introduced /li liUnderstanding the modules and capabilities of the Workday solution and staying up to date with releases and new features to advise how they could complement our landscape /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul li7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles /li liStrong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.g. Workday) /li liExperience with HR integrations (identity, payroll, finance) /li liUnderstanding of Privacy and regulatory considerations for HR data /li liExperience in and understanding HR processes and operating models /li liProven experience in large, decentralized or federated enterprises /li liExperience in functional capability modeling, SaaS and packaged application landscapes and cross-domain dependency management /li liStrong executive communication and storytelling skills /li /ul pbThis opportunity is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
