Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, located in Portofino, seeks an Assistant Rooms Division Manager to lead Pool, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Kid's Club, Gym and Valet operations with a focus on service excellence. You will drive standards, supervise staff, and ensure seamless guest experiences in a world-class setting.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a luxury brand, strong leadership, fluency in Italian and English, and a solid grasp of LQA standards and HMS software.
