Field Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Italian market aligned with company objectives

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• FMCG/CPG field sales management experience; stationers/traditional trade experience a plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Italian and English; experience with sales management software
