Our Plumma Connect division is a GSMA Open Gateway Channel Partner, giving businesses a single access point to mobile network operator data across multiple countries for use cases like identity verification, KYC, and fraud prevention. We work with international clients across banking, fintech, and enterprise verticals. /ph3About the role /h3pWe are looking for a Pre Post Sales Engineer to support our technical sales cycle from first contact through live integration. You will work closely with prospects and clients to understand their technical requirements, demonstrate our APIs, support onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition from proof of concept to production. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that bridges our commercial and technical teams. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliSupport pre-sales conversations by explaining our API capabilities, coverage, and technical architecture to prospects (developers, product managers, technical decision makers) /liliPrepare and deliver technical demos, documentation, and sample payloads tailored to each client's use case /liliAssist prospects during proof-of-concept testing, including batch testing and troubleshooting API responses /liliGuide clients through onboarding and integration after contract signature, coordinating with our developer team /liliAct as a technical point of contact for existing clients, handling first-level support requests /liliCollaborate with the business development team to translate technical requirements into commercial proposals /liliMaintain and improve internal technical documentation and onboarding materials /liliProvide feedback from the field to the product team on API usability, gaps, and client needs /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience /liliExperience with REST APIs, integration workflows, and reading/writing API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger a plus) /liliComfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences /liliFluent English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus /liliStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple client relationships in parallel /liliPrior experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management is a plus /liliFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS) and identity/fraud-prevention concepts is a plus, not a requirement /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliFull-time position, hybrid (Bologna, Emilia-Romagna) /liliThe chance to work on a fast-growing product at the intersection of telecom data and enterprise fraud prevention/KYC /liliDirect exposure to international clients and a small, agile team /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
