• Handle routine and emergency maintenance activities on industrial equipment and machinery
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Support maintenance automated systems and production lines to ensure optimal performance
• Manage equipment monitoring to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety standards
• Carry out predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Prepare and update technical and maintenance documentation

What Makes You Great

• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar), with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial/manufacturing environments
• Can interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics accurately and use diagnostic and measurement tools confidently
• Hands‑on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation, and knowledge of Machinery Directive and PED Directive 2014/68/EU
• Available to work shifts and possess a strong safety‑oriented mindset
• Embrace continuous improvement and innovation, collaborate effectively across teams, and communicate confidently in English
• Familiar with MaintainX or similar CMMS tools, and have contributed to Root Cause Analysis activities
• Show strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to join First Aid and Fire Safety response team

Compensation package

Gross annual salary €25,000–€35,000, €10 meal vouchers per working day, employment regulated by the CCNL Metalmeccanico (CNEL C011).
