Central Demand Planning - Curricular Internship

ppThe intern will support the Central Demand Planning EMEA team in driving the monthly SOP (Sales Operations Planning) cycle helping align demand with supply and financial targets and by contributing to the creation, maintenance and presentation of the statistical forecast, The role’s priority is to ensure accurate and actionable forecast data, analyses and team support, and the expected outcome is improved forecast accuracy, stronger cross-functional alignment and optimised inventory/service balance. /p h3Your responsibilities will include /h3 ul liSupport the Central Demand Planning team in the execution of the monthly SOP (Sales Operations Planning) process. /li liSupport data validation and performance tracking to enhance forecast accuracy and decision-making. /li liContribute to building, maintaining, and improving statistical forecasts to ensure reliable demand for projections. /li liAnalyze forecast performance and variances, providing insights to improve forecast accuracy and process efficiency. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams within Supply Chain to understand business drivers behind demand trends. /li liPrepare and share insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for SOP meetings and management reviews. /li liParticipate in process improvement initiatives, helping to streamline forecasting and data management tools. /li liAssist in ad-hoc analyses and projects related to demand planning and business performance monitoring. /li liCurrently studying a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. /li liFluent Italian and English (both written and spoken). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel: Familiarity with data analysis or forecasting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar) is a plus. /li liAnalytical mindset and proactive attitude /li liStrong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment. /li liCapacity to work in a dynamic, fast-changing business context with multiple priorities. /li liCuriosity and growth mindset /li liPrevious working experiences is a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pYou can expect to gain so much more than a curricular full time 6-month internship: /p ul ligreat business exposure and hands-on experience /li lifull accountability of your own project /li liconstant support and interaction with our managers /li lia monthly expense reimbursement of 900€ gross, plus a meal voucher (10€ per day for each day in the office) /li lismart, open space and hi-tech office environment /li lithe opportunity to work into the number one major appliance manufacturer in the world. /li /ul pSounds interesting? /p pWe are an equal opportunity employer.
