Experteer Overview

In this role you lead and scale Capgemini’s AI First agenda across South Central Europe, driving measurable business growth and high‑value AI delivery. You will shape strategy, align with global AI acceleration, and embed AI across offerings, operating models, and programmes. You’ll work with country CEOs, hyperscalers, and C‑suite clients to ensure a coherent European AI proposition and reusable assets. This is a hands‑on leadership role at scale in a diverse, cross‑country environment.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Define and execute the European AI First strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned to global priorities
• Position Capgemini as a trusted AI transformation leader with clients, partners, regulators, and European industry forums
• Partner with country and industry leadership to embed AI into offerings, GTM strategies, and investment priorities
• Drive C‑suite level AI conversations focused on business value and ROI
• Drive AI‑led revenue growth, pipeline development, and major European AI pursuits
• Provide executive guidance on AI architecture, agentic and generative AI integration, and delivery models
• Ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery of large‑scale AI transformation programmes across multiple countries
• Embed engineering standards, platform thinking, and lifecycle governance across European AI engagements
• Drive adoption of GenAI at scale, agentic systems, and AI‑augmented delivery
• Strengthen European AI, data, and engineering capabilities through upskilling, leadership development, and strategic hiring
• Improve delivery margin, time‑to‑value, and client satisfaction on AI programmes

Responsabilità

• Senior leadership experience in AI, digital, cloud, or large‑scale technology transformation
• Proven success leading multi‑country or multi‑disciplinary teams in a complex, matrixed environment
• Track record of winning and delivering enterprise‑scale transformation programmes
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior client and partner stakeholders
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, architectures, engineering practices, and cloud environments
• Ability to lead across geographies within a global delivery model
• Background in consulting or professional services
• Current residence in Spain, Portugal or Italy
