Nel contesto dello sviluppo del brand Dimora Italia , selezioniamo una figura senior dedicata alla gestione dell’accoglienza e della relazione con l’ospite per il nostro portafoglio di appartamenti di più alto livello nel centro storico di Venezia.
Si tratta di un ruolo chiave, pensato per professionisti dell’ospitalità capaci di interpretare e rappresentare un concetto evoluto di luxury residential hospitality , dove il servizio personalizzato è centrale quanto la qualità dell’immobile.
La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione completa dell’esperienza ospite, dalla fase di pre-arrivo fino al soggiorno, con particolare attenzione ai dettagli, alla qualità percepita e alla costruzione di una relazione di fiducia con il cliente.
Opererà su un portafoglio selezionato di proprietà di alto standing, rappresentando il punto di riferimento diretto per ospiti internazionali.
RESPONSABILITA' PRINCIPALI
- Gestione accoglienza clienti di fascia alta e VIP
- Coordinamento pre-arrivo (informazioni, richieste speciali, servizi personalizzati)
- Supervisione qualità appartamenti e standard di servizio
- Gestione delle richieste durante il soggiorno (concierge, problem solving, assistenza dedicata)
- Interfaccia con team operativo, housekeeping e manutenzione
- Cura dell’esperienza ospite secondo gli standard Dimora Italia
- Esperienza significativa in ambito hospitality di alto livello
- Ottima conoscenza della città di Venezia
- Inglese fluente + seconda lingua (preferibilmente francese o tedesco)
- Eccellenti capacità relazionali e comunicative
- Forte orientamento al dettaglio e al servizio personalizzato
- Autonomia operativa e capacità di gestione delle priorità
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei week-end
- Inserimento in un progetto in forte crescita nel segmento luxury
- Ruolo con elevato livello di responsabilità e autonomia
- Ambiente dinamico, internazionale e orientato alla qualità
- Possibilità di sviluppo professionale all’interno del gruppo
- Contratto in linea con l’esperienza (CCNL Turismo)
