Luxury Sales & Social Media Manager - Flexible Hours
The Florentine
Luxury leather store in Piazza Duomo, Florence hiring Sales Associates and a Social Media Manager.
We work with international clients — fluent English required. Italian and other languages are a plus.
Sales Associate
- Engage customers and close sales.
- Charismatic and outgoing, comfortable approaching people.
- Retail experience not required — natural sales ability is key.
- Proactive, reliable, quick‑thinking, self‑starter.
- Able to work in a busy, high‑traffic environment.
- Flexible shifts; store open late (sometimes until midnight).
- Availability for evening shifts is a plus.
Social Media Manager
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and content creation.
- Strong eye for visuals and brand storytelling.
- Understanding of luxury positioning is a plus.
- Flexible schedule.
