Role

Housekeeping Supervisor – reports to Director of Housekeeping. Responsible for leading the overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department, assuring that guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development.
• Control costs without compromising quality and deliver the highest of standards consistently.
• Lead guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism and accommodate special requests wherever possible.
• Budget and assure the financial goals of the department are met.
• Establish and maintain cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality operations.
• A natural talent for ensuring guests feel at home, with excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• An exceptional eye for detail.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Legal right to work in Italy and fluency in English and Italian.
