As Finance Manager, you help shape the financial backbone of Amazon MGM Studios’ international theatrical expansion. You partner with distribution and marketing to inform strategic decisions and optimize ROI across territories. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics to support global initiatives and local market insights. This role offers impact by enabling scalable financial processes and cross‑functional collaboration across time zones and teams.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Drive strategic financial planning and analysis for international marketing campaigns with ROI‑focused budgeting across territories
- Collaborate with territory leads and distribution teams to set budgets and forecasts for theatrical releases
- Provide high‑judgment financial guidance to resolve blockers and support critical business decisions
- Align local market insights with global financial objectives through cross‑functional collaboration
- Lead initiatives to standardize processes and scale financial operations across regions
- Own end‑to‑end financial reporting for your territory with real‑time performance insights
- Build and maintain sophisticated budgeting, forecasting, and scenario models for multiple releases
- Develop ROI models to evaluate marketing effectiveness and guide investment decisions
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on market performance and competitive landscape
- Mentor local teams on financial processes and serve as the finance SME for the territory
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field; 8+ years in finance or related analytical field with FP&A/Strategic Finance expertise
- Experience delivering accurate financial models, analysis, and practical recommendations with measurable impact
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Fluency in English for collaboration with global teams
