Performance Lead

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERFORMANCE LEAD TO JOIN OUR TEAM

The primary goal of this role is to maximize the performance of retail media campaigns with a data-driven approach.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE?

You will be ensuring the monitoring and optimisation of the ADV campaigns by following the guidelines and using dedicated tools.

• Effectively planning digital campaigns, analysing data for optimisation, setting audience and product targeting;

• Ensuring the budget is handled efficiently;

• Providing Account Managers with regular performance reports.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are passionate about digital and e-commerce, and you stay informed about industry trends and news.

• You have 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns and you have a keen interest in the ad-tech world.

• You have experience managing a small team (2-3 people).

• You are a strong problem-solver.

• You are customer-oriented with a strong focus on results.

• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and sharing ideas.

• You can speak English fluently.

• You have experience working on the Amazon Advertising Platform.
