You hold end-to-end responsibility for performance and development across countries, act as a trusted partner to our HR Business Partners and leaders, and contribute to building a high-performing and future-ready organization. /p pAs a Talent Management Partner Italy/ Zone South (m/f/d) you will be based in bMilan /b (Italy) for a bPermanent /b contract. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libDrive the local talent and performance agenda /b: Lead the deployment of the performance and development process across countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal). Partner with leaders to foster impactful goal-setting, development dialogues, and an empowered workforce. /li libDeploy development and training actions /b: Ensure the effective delivery of training and development initiatives — from talent pool programs to organizational to individual development actions. You orchestrate implementation and follow-up, ensuring initiatives create measurable impact. /li libEnable and grow talent pools /b: Partner with HR Business Partners to enable the development of identified talent pools and senior management populations. Deploy targeted initiatives and programs that strengthen readiness, mobility, and leadership capability. /li libLeverage data to drive decisions /b: Turn data and insights into action.
