Design, Freelance (Junior)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Part‑time role
• Freelance engagement
• Experience: 2‑5 years
• Design day‑to‑day visual content across client social media channels (static posts, Stories, video assets, digital ads) with a social‑first mindset and an eye for performance
• Assist senior team members in bringing creative concepts to life, producing mockups, building wireframes, and supporting the execution of ideas from brief to delivery
• Resize and adapt existing artwork for different formats and platforms, adjusting typography, correcting images, and ensuring all files are production‑ready
• Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to brand guidelines, covering colour palettes, logos, and typography, across every asset
• Maintain and organise design assets, image libraries and project folders, keeping workflows running smoothly across the team
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CapCut; comfortable working in Figma for collaborative design
• Strong foundation in design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout and composition, and apply them instinctively
• Solid social‑first sensibility and understanding of visual content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Sharp eye for detail: pixel‑perfect alignment, accurate colour reproduction, clean file delivery
• Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field; agency or multi‑brand experience that allows fast movement across briefs
