In this role you support client performance improvement within zeb's financial services division. You work on reviewing strategies, developing alternatives and implementing forward‑looking concepts. You analyze client needs and market insights to deliver clear results as part of a senior team. You take ownership of work packages early and contribute to the firm's thought leadership through speeches and articles. Responsabilità

• Excellent university degree (MBA, Master’s degree or doctorate)
• up to 3 years of professional experience (preferred in top‑tier consulting or financial institution)
• analytical strength and strong structuring skills
• strategic thinking with high implementation capability
• team player with client‑centric mindset and convincing communication
• fluency in English and Italian;
  German a plus
